Known for its pain relieving abilities, to get rid of muscle pain or joint pain, apply only 3 drops of citronella oil with carrier oil prior to massaging. This oil should ot be used directly on your skin. Can be used in a pillow mist, diffuser, bathtub, massage oils and bathing water.

For topical application, carefully dilute with carrier oil.
