Fill an incense burner used for burning resins with a bit of salt or sand and place the burner on a heat resistant surface. Place a charcoal tablet inside the burner and light it. Once fully lit, take a small amount of resin and place it in the middle of the coal. As the resin begins to bubble and melt, the smoke and fragrance will be released.
